Community Hub Concept

OA have been instructed to develop proposals for a new Community Hub. The building is split over four floors and takes its design cues from the sloping topography and its natural woodland setting. The building will include a Café, Multi-Use Hall, Meeting and Function Rooms and Sports Changing. A planning application is expected to be submitted in October 2019.
