Community Space on Sloping Site

OA have been developing concept designs for a sloping site on the outskirts of Bristol. The three storey townhouses have offset floor plans to create a protected pedestrian zone, providing safe places for children and young families to play and enjoy. The site will accommodate a variety of dwelling types and sizes, and will also include a Community Garden and Allotment to encourage outdoor living and inhabitation of communal areas.
