Constrained Site Planning

We have received planning approval for a new dwelling on a heavily constrained site in South Bristol. The site is located on the edge of the development boundary, and was constrained by existing underground services and an existing vehicular route through the site. The design response has tailored massing, height and window positions to maximise views across the open countryside, whilst also complementing the site's context.
