Architects are the custodians of the built environment, shaping the spaces in which we live, work, and thrive. At Oxford Architects, we are committed to fostering a safe, inclusive, and equal profession - one where talent and innovation are recognised on their own merits.

Today, we celebrate the women in our team and across the industry who continue to lead, create, and inspire. Beyond our own practice, we actively support the next generation through mentoring in Women in Architecture (WIA) and delivering targeted workshops in schools - from lower primary to sixth form - championing women in senior leadership positions within the construction industry.

Our commitment to the visibility of women in architecture and the role we play in shaping a more sustainable built environment is vital for the next generation. In a world where young people often feel powerless in the face of global challenges, we believe in equipping them with knowledge and inspiration.
