Lambourn Court Ready for New Year

Completing just before Christmas 2021, Lambourn Court in Calne, Wiltshire is the conversion of an existing two storey building into 16no. one-bedroom flats for over 55’s living. The building has been extensively adapted and reconfigured to suit the new use, including the removal of existing load bearing internal walls and the upgrading of the existing building fabric to meet current building regulations.

Working closely with the client, GreenSquare Accord and Building Control, we ensured that a proportion of the new flats meet the standards set out in Part M4(2), to ensure their future adaptability should it be required by residents.
