New Masterplan for Newport

Oxford Architects are working with Newport City Homes to develop a new residential masterplan for the Somerton estate, Newport. The proposals will be focused around the provision of public spaces and green infrastructure to ensure all residents have high quality placemaking on their doorstep. The masterplan will include a variety of unit sizes, ranging from 1 bedroom flats up to 4 bedroom family houses. An outline planning application is programmed to be submitted in Spring 2022.
