New use for Heritage Asset

Oxford Architects have successfully secured planning permission for the restoration and conversion of the Empire Sports Club into 22 new dwellings within ten minutes’ walk of Bristol city centre. This heritage asset is in a prominent location, easily visible from the M32 as you enter Bristol. The approval at Committee paves the way for the much needed restoration of this building.
