Planning Approved in Pontypool

OA have successfully secured planning permission from Torfaen Planning Committee for a large residential scheme on a welsh hillside in Pontypool.

The proposals are to provide 50no dwellings, consisting of a mix of 2-3 bed family homes and 1-2 bed flats along with a local play area. Each dwelling has been carefully designed to meet the Welsh Government Development Quality Requirements and the Lifetime Homes Standards where appropriate, both of which focus on flexibility and future-proofing. The intention is for as many of the homes as possible to be used for social housing, dependent upon securing a joint venture with a local housing association.
