Wasdell Group seek to expand their existing business with an 80,000m2 pharmaceutical campus and over 50,00m2 of office space to create a collaborative hub for high tech scientific companies to evolve and succeed together. It is to be located in a 100 acre natural parkland setting featuring cycle paths, running tracks, swales, lakes and open amenity space all in keeping and connecting with the adjacent to North Wessex Downs AONB.
