Three Oxford Promotions

We are delighted to announce a three well-deserved promotions in our Oxford Office.

Since joining OA 2 years ago Matthew Tromans has been central in raising our profile and brand. Matt has secured multiple projects in the higher education sector, and within historic settings. Matt has been promoted to an Equity Partner.

Throughout her time with OA, Lydia Kan has been developing her specialism in the high-end residential sector. Lydia has generated a great basis for this sector at OA and has been an invaluable asset to the business. Lydia has been promoted to Associate Partner.

Nathan Branch has been promoted to Digital Marketing Manager. Nathan joined the practice in 2022 as a Part One, but has demonstrated a passion for graphics and marketing. His skills have been instrumental in securing multiple bids at OA.
