Tiverton Riverside Housing Scheme

We were shortlisted for the design of a prominent riverside housing scheme in Tiverton, for Mid Devon District Council.

The competition entry responded to the sites constraints in a positive way whilst taking full advantage of the great views and sun path to create a well-considered layout that responded to the local context.  

The proposed development created 33 dwellings across the site in a combination of flats, maisonettes and townhouses.
