Treated as a very sensitive site in Oxford this project refurbished a number of buildings including a derelict corner building whilst removing the rear elements to add a 4 storey block of student accommodation.

The ground floor of the building is designed as a range of flexible retail spaces which utilise existing basements which were modified and extended as storage. A sensitive glass extension links the corner building and three gabled retained frontages. The rear extension is a distinctive contemporary building in a white self-coloured render with brickwork to the street end.
