We worked as Principal Designer on David Kohn Architect's New College project, alongside Sir Robert McAlpine as Principal Contractor. The £55m Gradel Quadrangles scheme provides under-graduate student study bedrooms, communal study space, landscaped gardens, music hall and offices for New College plus classrooms, dining hall, catering kitchen, assembly hall and external play areas for the associated boys preparatory school.

Provision of Principal Designer services comprised of Phase 1 enabling works that provided temporary classroom accommodation and demolition works, Phase 2 groundworks and Phase 3 main construction. Coordination of different Principal Contractors and Design teams information between Phase 1 and Phase 2/3, including archaeology works, for each phase of the CDM2015 deliverables.
