The 10,600 sqm headquarters building included manufacturing facilities on the ground floor including clean room manufacturing with research and offices on first and second floor levels. The second floor also included meeting rooms and conference facilities plus an associate's restaurant.

The building was specifically designed with large viewing areas and atriums so that the manufacturing processes could be viewed from both the reception area and elsewhere throughout the office spaces. The building was sited on the edge of the area of outstanding natural beauty and the green curved roof was designed settle into this landscape using retaining walls and earth shaping.
