The complete re-development of the Eastern Quarter of Llanelli town centre.

East Gate Llanelli (developed By Henry Davidson Development) is a unique leisure destination in the heart of Llanelli, with its multiplex cinema, variety of restaurants and 53 bed Travelodge hotel. The project was completed in 2012 and was developed across 5 acres of land in Llanelli town centre adjoining the existing St Elli Shopping Centre.

East Gate has become a thriving leisure destination for both leisure and business trips across Carmarthenshire and South West Wales and is also home to the Scarlets new dining experience, The Red Room Bar & Kitchen, the first of its kind from a rugby club in the UK.

The East Gate project also includes 14,000 sq ft of retail space occupied by tenants such as Jenkins Bakers, Costa and Ladbrokes; 21,000 sq ft of office space occupied by Carmarthenshire County Council, a new bus interchange and 240 car parking spaces.
